Service Crew, Cebu

• Creates positive and delightful customer experience with our product and brands;
• Performs basic inventory of all products to ensure correct and accurate data;
• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times;
• Monitors and ensures complete product availability at all times;
• Entertains and caters to customers complaints, queries, requests, needs, suggestions, and recommendations;
• Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;
• Performs related tasks as may be assigned form time to time.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or above are welcome to apply;
• Must have a pleasing personality;
• Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;
• Possess a customer service oriented mindset, trustworthy, self motivated, hardworking and a team player;
• Comfortable working with others;
• Good decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
• With or without experience;
• Positive personal values and strong work ethic.
