DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION

• Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/ queries.
• Assisting Marketing Assistant/ BM's on pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
• Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts.
• Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant
• Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
• Assist/ Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.

Qualification for the Sales Associate Position

• 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
• Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liaise in all department and stakeholders.
