All Around Maintenance Personnel, Cebu

The All-Around Maintenance Personnel is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of residential or commercial real estate properties. This includes addressing tenant maintenance concerns, conducting routine inspections, and performing minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general facility needs to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and marketability of the property.

• High school graduate; technical skills is an advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in building/property maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and repair techniques.
• Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and work in varying conditions.
• With strong initiative, reliability, and a good work ethic.
• Trustworthy and customer-service oriented.
