Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC systems and related equipment in Cebu and Visayas
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities among commercial, industrial, and institutional clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to promote company products and services
- Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotations
- Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely project execution
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC-registered) or Licensed Electrical Engineer
- Minimum 23 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or project management
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog, and local Visayan dialects
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination.
