Position: Senior Facebook Ads Specialist

Work Setup: Onsite Cebu City, Philippines

Schedule: Night shift / US hours

About the Role:

Were looking for a results-driven Senior Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, create, and manage high-performing Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for ad copy and visual development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and Facebook Ads best practices.
  • Generate detailed reports and present performance insights.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing Facebook Ads (preferably for international clients).
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City (non-negotiable).
