We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales and Troubleshooting/Technical Support team. The successful candidates will provide high-quality support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and promoting Sirius XM services in a professional and engaging manner.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to Sirius XM products and services.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for service-related issues.
- Accurately identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Promote and upsell Sirius XM subscription services as part of the customer interaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Follow established call flow processes and quality standards.
- Participate in training, operations validation, and mock calls to demonstrate readiness for live calls.
- At least a High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
- With a minimum of 2 experience and above. In Call center industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (CSVAR: B2 level).
- Typing speed of 2630 WPM.
- Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
