Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Troubleshooting/Technical Support team. The successful candidates will provide high-quality support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and promoting Sirius XM services in a professional and engaging manner.


Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to Sirius XM products and services.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for service-related issues.
  • Accurately identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Promote and upsell Sirius XM subscription services as part of the customer interaction.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Follow established call flow processes and quality standards.
  • Participate in training, operations validation, and mock calls to demonstrate readiness for live calls.

Qualifications
  • At least a High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
  • With a minimum of 2 experience and above.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (CSVAR: B2 level).
  • Typing speed of 2630 WPM.
  • Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
