Call Center Representative, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Assist customers with billing, technical support, and account concerns
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document and update customer records in the system
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to team success

Qualifications:

• Must have complete government IDs (required for hiring)
• High school graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High graduate (new curriculum)
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
