Description
- Production and presentation of Financial Reports to management
- Ensures cost efficient operations and sound financial management
- Preparation of companies individual Budget
- Supervision and monitoring over Odoo activities
- Monitoring of BIR payments remittances
- Updates and monitors internal control of the company
- Supervises staff
- Management Initiatives
- Compliance to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 35 years of accounting/finance experience, with supervisory or lead exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and statutory compliance
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Xero, SAP B1, or similar) and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in an SME environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred but not required:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Experience in costing, budgeting, and process improvement
