The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions that involve:

  1. Technical Troubleshooting: Providing accurate, first-call resolution technical assistance to customers regarding product issues, connectivity problems, or service interruptions.
  2. Sales and Upgrades: Identifying customer needs through effective questioning and naturally presenting relevant product upgrades or service additions (up-selling/cross-selling) during support interactions.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and active listening to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  4. Process Adherence: Following established protocols and utilizing required tools to document interactions, process transactions, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
