QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a College degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• With at least two years of relevant work experience in the recruitment facet handling end-to-end processes.
• Preferably having talent coordination experience with manpower service providers.

• Ensures that all areas pertaining to acquisition of new talents for the organization is covered.
• Achieves staffing objectives of the organization by establishing a wide range of networks of career professionals and utilization of job posting platforms.
