Customer Service Representative, Cebu

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries and provide support for clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. You will assist customers with their account concerns, transactions, and service-related inquiries while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions related to financial services, banking, and insurance
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
• Document customer interactions and follow standard procedures
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• With at least 6 months of experience in:
• Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) or
• BPO/Call Center industry
• Newbies are welcome to apply as long as they have complete pre-employment requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in Cebu IT Park
