Call Center Representative, Cebu

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Logistics Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to international clients by handling inquiries and concerns related to shipping, delivery, and logistics services. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain by addressing customer needs with accuracy and professionalism.

• Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and package status updates.
• Handle inquiries regarding delays, damaged shipments, or rescheduling of deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments, partner couriers, and warehouses to resolve customer issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support regarding billing inquiries, shipping rates, and customs requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

• At least Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be computer literate and able to work with multiple systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: 15,000 21,000 monthly (depending on qualifications and experience)
• 10,000 Signing Bonus (upon completion of the first month)
