Business Development Officer, Cebu

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct thorough market and financial analysis for new projects.
• Develop and manage project plans from conception to execution.
• Prepare and present complex information and proposals to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Must have a degree in Accounting, BS Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a financial analyst role within the Real Estate industry.
• Must possess advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• Proven track record in new business development and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
