• Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and chats with customers.
• Professionally respond to inquiries from customers
• Assess the demands of the client and provide prompt, efficient solutions.
• Work along with internal teams and raise concerns when necessary.
• Help with mentoring and onboarding new team members
• Keep up with the policies, goods, and services of our organization.
• Recommend and upsell pertinent goods and services when it is suitable.
