Customer Service Agent, Cebu

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through phone, chat, or email by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during interactions
• Record and track customer interactions following company standards
• Meet performance metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or higher
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Willing to work onsite at Cebu I.T. Park
• No prior BPO experience required training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required

• Competitive salary: 20,000 24,000
