Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
- Document and update customer records in the system
- Meet performance targets such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High, Associate, or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Computer literate and comfortable with navigating multiple systems
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is a plus
