Call Center Representative, Cebu

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional and efficient manner. • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document and update customer records in the system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve service processes.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High Graduate, or College Level/Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• With or without BPO/call center experience training will be provided.
• Computer literate and comfortable navigating online tools.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to work on-site at IT Park, Cebu City

• Competitive Salary: 20,000 24,000
