Call Center Representative, Cebu

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure client satisfaction while working onsite in our Makati office.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience

• At least Senior High School or High School Graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite in CEBU
