- Understanding of Design and Estimation
- Permit drawings and documentation preparation (PEZA requirements)
- Possessing the ability to supervise and effectively manage personnel able to work on various site tasks
- Promote awareness of construction standards and best practices
- Provide input and recommendations for project designs
