As a Kitchen Cook, you will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals according to our standards and recipes.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in prepping ingredients including washing, chopping, and storing food
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety regulations and proper handling/storage of ingredients
• Monitor food stock and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor or chef
• Assist in receiving and properly storing deliveries
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers (if applicable)
