Beam Saw/CNC Operator

• Operate beam saw machine for accurate panel cutting.
• Read and follow cutting lists and job specifications.
• Set up machine parameters (blade height, speed, etc.).
• Load, align, and secure materials on the machine. 
• Inspect cuts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct basic maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12 years experience operating a beam or panel saw
• CNC equipment experience preferred
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Good hand-eye coordination

Technical Skills

• Able to read blueprints and cutting lists
• Skilled in machine setup, adjustment, and maintenance
• Proficient with measuring tools and basic math
• Familiar with wood-based materials

Safety & Quality

• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE use
• Strong attention to detail and cut accuracy
• Basic troubleshooting ability
