  • Provides administrative support to the sales team, including processing of trade letters, order management and customer service.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales objectives and successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitors and consolidates sales and marketing activities to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manages, monitors, and aligns promotional materials to support ongoing campaigns and brand consistency.


  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as Sales Support Associate / Admin or other related roles.
  • Preferably with experienced specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, especially with Pivot.
  • Preferred candidates are based in Mandaue City, Cebu and can work fully onsite.
