Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in various industries. Utilize various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.) to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their industrial equipment requirements.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help shape sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and servicing of equipment. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Training and Development: Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
