Description
The Training Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and evaluation of both technical and non-technical training programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training by developing curriculum and materials, selecting delivery methods, and monitoring effectiveness.
- Leading discipline-specific training, such as professional/technical knowledge and competency development (e.g., Finance standards, Sales negotiation skills).
- Conducting general workplace and skills training, including communication, time management, leadership, and common business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email systems).
- Collaborating with vendors for content development or training delivery as needed.
- Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess and align training with business goals.
- Ability to manage feedback loops to evaluate and improve training performance.
- Experience conducting communications workshops and training sessions.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with Recruitment and Operations teams to address employee performance and reduce attrition.
