Position Purpose:
1.A Corporate Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organizations talent by providing comprehensive training during onboarding and as needed throughout employment.
2.This role will work with specified departments to deliver, update, manage and track courses required for Team Member development and become the subject matter expert in that field.
3.A Corporate Trainer is responsible for performing skill assessments and delivering coaching to improve performance goals. A Corporate Trainer role is responsible for facilitating in-person, virtual or blended training when needed, to all levels of Team Members within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Review current available training programs and materials to become the subject matter expert and deliver training to specified workgroups.
2.Facilitate trainings for onboarding and on-going, team building, and any additional training based on business needs.
3.Effectively use educational tools to enhance learning experience.
4.Identify trends and utilize training to improve the overall Team Member and customer experience.
5.Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for business impact and scalability.
6.Track team member learning metrics and analyze on a quarterly basis for maximum ROI.
7.Provide on-the-spot coaching by conducting evaluations to reinforce skills learned in training.
8.Ensure the compliance of the companys Team Members with standards and procedures during training.

Work shift: Shifting
At least 1 year Healthcare account and 2 years Trainer experience in a BPO industry is REQUIRED.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT:
2 to 3 years of solid Trainer experience in a BPO industry
1 to 3 years of Healthcare domain experience
Bachelor's degree is required
Should not be a job hopper
Open for Filipinos and local applicants only
Salary expectation must not be beyond the budget
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City and on a shifting schedule
Can work immediately
Qualifications:
1.Minimum of 2 years experience in learning and development and facilitation
2.Bachelors degree in related field required.
3.Proven experience with delivering a large-scale training program to onboard Team Members including soft skills and systems training.
4.Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development.
5.Experience working in a technical training environment.
6.Experience delivering face-to-face, virtual, and blended training.
