As a Waiter or Waitress, you are the frontliner of our customer service experience. You will greet and serve customers, answer questions about the menu, and ensure guests have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options clearly
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
• Provide attentive service and respond promptly to customer needs
• Handle billing, payments, and receipts accurately
• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Work with kitchen and cashier staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Address customer concerns or escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned
