In this key role, youll represent our organization within partner bank branches, delivering personalized financial guidance and insurance solutions. As a trusted advisor, youll support clients in choosing the right life insurance products for their unique goals, while also building strong partnerships with bank staff to drive engagement and business growth.

What Youll Do:

• Help bank clients understand and choose from a variety of Traditional and Variable life insurance options tailored to their individual needs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales goals and support the overall performance of your assigned branch locations.
• Build lasting relationships with both clients and branch teams to ensure high satisfaction, strong retention, and continuous portfolio growth.
• Maintain a regular, visible presence at your designated bank branch, and provide ongoing performance updates to your Area Sales Head.
