Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: Chinese Cook

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authentic Chinese cuisine and demonstrate expertise in a variety of traditional cooking techniques. The Chinese Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

 

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, including dim sum, stir-fries, noodles, and soups.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to recipes and company standards.
  • Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently during service hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen.
  • Monitor food inventory and coordinate with the kitchen team for ordering supplies.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Adjust cooking methods and menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen operations.
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff if required
