The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

The Research and Development (R&D) Baker Chef is responsible for creating new and innovative bakery products while ensuring the highest quality and maintaining the unique essence of the bakery's brand. This role demands a blend of creativity, culinary expertise, and keen understanding of market trends. The R&D Baker Chef will work closely with the culinary team, marketing department, and suppliers to develop products that meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
