We are Isabel’s Angels Treatment Sanctuary (IATS), a privately owned and funded rehabilitation haven for injured, abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs and cats in Cebu. Founded out of love for a beloved Yorkie named Isabel, IATS is more than just a shelter—it’s a sanctuary of healing and second chances.

Located in the quiet mountains of Talamban, Brgy. Agsungot, our sanctuary is home to over 100 rescue dogs and a dozen cats. We provide them with medical care, safety, love, and a chance to live the rest of their lives with dignity. With a small but passionate team, we work every day to give each animal the care they deserve.

Job Responsibilities
As a member of our animal care team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, happiness, and well-being of our rescued dogs and cats. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Daily feeding, hydrating, exercising, and socializing with animals
- Bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning
- Monitoring health and administering medications per veterinary instruction
- Visiting vets and following specific care or dietary regimens
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all living and play areas (including laundry, dishes, and kennels)
- Promptly reporting injuries, illnesses, or issues to management with photos and updates
- Purchasing food and supplies on a set schedule
- Maintaining accurate care records and tracking feeding/medication schedules
- Managing inventory of meds and supplies
- Always knowing the status of the animals in your care

Requirements & Qualifications
^ We’re looking for someone reliable, kind, and committed. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a genuine love for dogs and cats
- Be able to work independently and honestly with minimal supervision
- Speak or understand English
- Have the physical stamina and mental patience for hands-on animal care
- Be punctual, responsible, and observant
- Submit a resume or biodata with at least 2 references
- Be available part-time or full-time (negotiable)
- Live-in or commute reliably
- Have or be willing to obtain NBI, Police, or Barangay clearance

^ Bonus if you
- Have experience in pet care (dog walking, sitting, veterinary, daycare, etc.)
- Know how to drive
- Formal education preferred but will train the right candidate who has the heart and work ethic to match.
