Work closely with TA Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations
May Source, pre-screen candidates and actively provide recruiting operations on the status for each applicant and onboard hires
Adhere to standard US process and accurate information and communication when inviting applicants.
Communicate with assigned sites on show up informations on invited candidates consistently
Keep track on adherence to sourcing work flow process and provide feedback to any work process related issues and concerns.
To be efficient for each work flow process
Keep Data information on shared drives consistently with high confidentiality.
Execute special projects as required
Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager
Adhere to company standards for time and attendance/allowed break hours, leaves protocols.
Execute work related task that will be assign from time to time.
