Conduct lectures, practical training, and assessments for maritime students
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools based on maritime standards
- Ensure training complies with STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) and other relevant maritime regulations
- Evaluate students knowledge, skills, and competencies through written, oral, and practical exams
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and certifications
- Keep up to date with industry trends, safety protocols, and regulatory updates
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs
