Lesson Planning and Delivery:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Utilize various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Incorporate technology and innovative methods to enhance the learning experience.

Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

• Design and implement formative and summative assessments.
• Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.

Classroom Management:

• Create and maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment.
• Implement behavior management strategies to foster a safe and productive learning space.
• Address any disruptive behavior in a consistent and constructive manner.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support student achievement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Attend school meetings, conferences, and workshops as required.

Parental Involvement:

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events to engage families in the learning process.

Other Duties:

• Supervise students during breaks, field trips, and extracurricular activities as assigned.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives, committees, and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
