The Sales Staff will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and representing the brand in a professional and approachable manner. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that meet those needs. The Saleslady will ensure a positive shopping experience, maintain a clean and organized store, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and uses.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory, restocking items as needed and ensuring shelves are tidy and well-arranged.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the store or company.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Report customer feedback, sales performance, and any issues to the Sales Manager.
