Sales Staff, Cebu

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude to help customers find the products they need and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing them with product information and helping them make purchasing decisions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the products or services offered and be able to explain features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
• Sales: Actively promote products and encourage customers to purchase, upsell where appropriate, and meet sales targets.
• Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit card payments, and providing change or receipts as needed.
• Merchandising: Ensure products are properly displayed and organized on the sales floor. Replenish stock and keep shelves tidy.
