Vehicle Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning.

Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the Fleet Manager.

Delivery and Pick-up:

Transport goods and packages to and from customers in a safe and timely manner.

Verify customer addresses and signatures upon delivery.

Use navigation and route-planning software to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.

Customer Interactions:

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, handling any delivery issues or concerns.

Provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times.

Offer assistance with lifting or carrying large packages when feasible.
