• Pick up and deliver goods from customers to various destinations within your assigned route.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Lalamove support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow traffic laws and ensure safe driving practices at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Inspect the vehicle regularly and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Handle customer inquiries or issues professionally and report any problems to the Lalamove support team.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of delivery receipts and payment confirmations.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods, as required.
