The Helper - Barista assists the barista team in preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role supports customer service, manages inventory, and helps maintain the smooth operation of the caf.

• Assist in preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.
• Support baristas in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Help restock supplies such as coffee beans, cups, napkins, and milk.
• Take customer orders and assist with general customer service.
• Operate kitchen equipment like blenders, grinders, and coffee machines (with proper training).
• Maintain cleanliness of the caf, including countertops, tables, and seating areas.
• Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to store standards.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including dishwashing, cleaning, or organizing.
