As a Japanese Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Japanese-speaking clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Japanese-speaking customers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
