Actively engage in sales activities beyond training, including managing calls and focusing on closing deals in a competitive environment.
Actively participate in collaborative discussions, contribute to action planning, and support project implementations
Develop effective induction programs to assure new hires embrace client culture and understand required potentially lacking cultural context for markets to be supported
Conduct ongoing and thorough analysis of organizational, departmental and individual training needs
