Bookkeeper/Administrator, Cebu

Job Overview: This in-office position will be based in the Oakridge Business Park in Mandaue City. iTeraSOURCE Philippines is the local office for iTeraTEL Communications, a Canada-based full-service Cloud Phone and Internet provider specializing in custom solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Recruitment for the position will be during October and November with an in person interview in December. The position will start January 2nd, 2025

The Administrative Manager/Bookkeeper will manage office operations and perform full-cycle bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping based upon Canadian standards using Xero and Quickbooks
• Process accounts payable and address vendor inquiries.
• Process and submit; GST/EHC/Canadian CRA Payments and installments
• Handle accounts receivable, including contacting customers for overdue payments.
• Ensure receivables comply with company policies and notify management of delinquent accounts.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist external accountants with year-end statements.

Office Duties:

• Answer phones, manage filing, and order supplies.
• Track hours for on-site staff.
• Perform various administrative tasks as required.

One position required knowledge of eCommerce.
