MIS Assistant Supervisor, Cavite

1. Schedules and conducts staff meetings regarding matters/concerns of the section.
2. Supports the implementation of procedures to maintain the quality and environmental systems of the company.
3. Coordinates with Human Resources for manpower requirements of the section.
4. Coaches and provides orientations/trainings on career development of staff.
5. Supervises staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Conducts employee performance evaluations.
7. Directs staff in the development, analysis and preparation of reports.
8. Evaluates reports and recommends approval of requests and other operational procedures pertinent to the section.
9. Responsible to meet sections productivity and quality goals.

Specific Sectional Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Analyzes and creates programs for PC that are needed in the operation of all Departments.
2.  Maintains PC Servers, e-mail, internet, network and other related activities.
3. Ensures all pc softwares and hardwares follow the requirements of networking.
4. Performs scheduled and surprise software audits.
5. Sets-up and maintains video conference system.
