Project Engineer, Cavite

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in the development and planning of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Help create detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS). Coordinate project resources and activities across teams to ensure smooth execution.

Design Support & Technical Documentation:

• Work with the engineering team to develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for projects. Ensure that technical documents, including calculations, design changes, and drawings, are accurately prepared and maintained.

Budget & Cost Management:

• Monitor project budgets and expenses. Track and report on costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying any budget discrepancies and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

• Identify and assess potential risks to project success, including technical, financial, and logistical challenges. Proactively address issues and troubleshoot problems that arise during the project to minimize delays and disruptions.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all engineering work complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Participate in quality assurance and control processes, ensuring that deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services. Assist in evaluating vendor proposals and managing relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Site Management & Supervision:

• Assist with site inspections, including reviewing construction or installation work to ensure that it aligns with design specifications. Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve issues and monitor progress.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide project status updates, prepare progress reports, and address client concerns in a timely manner.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure that safety standards are met on site.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, changes, and approvals. Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting notes, is up-to-date and accessible.
