- Assisting Turnover of Units to the client.
- Provide Eviction Notices to all ROPA units (all Occupied).
- Checking of all units Under ROPA.
- Attend Barangay Hearing (ROPA)
- BIR Compliance / registration of all Subdivision
- Accept and evaluates the application of Construction Bond
- Inspection of all Construction bond Refund / Process the Refund
- Received all buyers letter repair not covered with Construction bond
- HOA Compliance / Updating new set of officers
- Final verification for COA of contractors
- Inspection & Request for payment of Construction Bond Refund
