Client Acquisition Specialist, Cavite

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
• Develop and implement strategies to reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
• Qualify leads to determine the likelihood of converting them into clients.

2. Sales Strategy & Client Engagement

• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the companys services and value proposition.
• Customize approaches based on each clients specific needs, providing tailored solutions to win new business.
• Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure ongoing communication and a smooth transition to the account management team post-acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience.

4. Market Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for client acquisition strategies based on market analysis and feedback from potential clients.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track and report acquisition activities, lead status, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new client acquisition.
