Customer Engagement and Sales:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their visit.

Utilize product knowledge to recommend and sell coffee and related merchandise.

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Store Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail and coffee bar area.

Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management as needed.

Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, including coffee beans, accessories, and supplies.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Accurately record sales transactions using the POS system.

Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.

Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals set by management.
