HR Manager/Supervisor, Samar

Description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5-8 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in EPC, construction, or renewable energy projects(wind/solar) is highly preferred
Exposed to different facets of HR such as End-to-End Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Compliance
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance
Experience handling large-scale, project-based, and multicultural workforce
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to relocate to San Isidro, Northern Samar.
