Description
  • At least a high school / Vocational graduate
  • Valid Professional Drivers License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), typically Restriction Code 1, 2, and/or 3 depending on vehicle type
  • At least 13 years of driving experience as a company, delivery, or service driver
  • Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and defensive driving techniques
  • Familiarity with routes within Samar
  • Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or accidents
  • Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmission vehicles
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours if required
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when needed
  • Knowledge of safety practices for transporting passengers, materials, or documents
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Northern Samar for the Gemini 304 MW Wind Farm (BOP) Project
  • Can speak basic English


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and
  • Regulations. Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize travel time.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall condition. Report any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate personnel and ensure timely repairs.
  • Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or goods as scheduled. Ensure the secure loading and unloading of goods, if applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays. Complete required paperwork for itineraries.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or employees.
  • Follow company policies regarding safety and compliance, including wearing seat belts and
  • avoiding distracted driving. Ensure the vehicle complies with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, including vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
  • Report incidents to the appropriate authorities and company representatives.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out, to ensure a professional appearance.
