Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to help achieve business objectives. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Process customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Monitor sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Track inventory availability and communicate product information to customers and sales representatives.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all sales records and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 13 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
